Everything the QR generator actually does
Design codes that look like your brand, check that they scan, and when you need more than a printed link, switch to dynamic codes you can edit and measure.
Design that looks like your brand
Start from a template or build your own: pick body and eye shapes, colours or a gradient, add a logo and an optional frame.
- Ready-made templates that keep your logo and frame
- Six body shapes and seven eye shapes
- Solid colour or gradient foreground
- Upload a logo, or make a quick monogram or icon
- Optional call-to-action frames
Scannability check and test scan
A live badge flags designs that may not scan reliably, and a test scan uses your own camera to confirm the code decodes to what you expect.
- Guidance on contrast, logo size and data length as you design
- Error-correction level you can change (L, M, Q, H)
- In-app test scan with your device camera
Six export formats
Download what your printer or document needs.
- PNG and JPG for documents and the web
- WEBP for lightweight web use
- SVG and EPS for sharp print at any size
- PDF for print shops
Static and dynamic codes
Static codes hold your data directly and keep working forever, with 10 free downloads a day. Dynamic codes point to a short link you can change after printing.
- Edit the destination any time
- Pause a code or set an expiry date
- Cap the number of scans
- Password-protect the destination
Scan analytics
Every scan of a dynamic code is recorded, so you can see when it is used, on what kind of device and from which country.
- Scans over the last 30 days
- Device and country breakdown
- Recent scan list and CSV export
Campaign tagging with UTM
Add utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign to a website link while you design the code, so your own analytics tool can attribute the visits.
- Appended to the destination URL
- Any existing query string is preserved
Smart destinations
Beyond a single link: send iPhone, Android and other visitors to different places, or pick a type built for the job.
- App store smart link with iOS, Android and fallback URLs
- Device and country rules on website codes
- PDF, image, video and multi-link pages
Feedback pages and contact cards
Collect a star rating with an optional comment, or share a digital business card with a lead form so visitors can send you their details.
- Ratings and comments summarised in your dashboard
- Contact card with a lead capture form
- Leads summarised in your dashboard
Access controls
Decide when a dynamic code works and who gets through.
- Password gate before the content is shown
- Expiry date and scan limit
- Pause and resume without reprinting
REST API with keys
Create, read, update and delete your dynamic codes from your own tools. Keys are created inside your dashboard and follow the same trial and subscription rules.
- Bearer-token API keys
- List, create, update and delete endpoints

Common questions
What is free and what is paid?
Static QR codes with all the design options are free with no watermark and no account, up to 10 downloads per rolling 24 hours. Dynamic codes, analytics and the API start with a 14-day free trial and then need a subscription. See the pricing page for current prices.
Do you add a watermark to free codes?
No. Static codes are generated without any branding added to them.
Can I use my own domain for dynamic codes?
No. Dynamic codes use short links on this site's own domain. Custom domains are not supported.
What happens to a dynamic code if I stop paying?
The code stops resolving once the account is no longer active, and visitors see a notice that the owner needs to renew. Static codes never depend on us.
