Google Slides QR code generator
At the end of a talk, someone always asks for the slides. Put a QR code on the final slide or the printed program and the audience can open the deck themselves. Paste the Slides share link to get started.

Templates are hand-built style presets (colors, gradients, dot and eye shapes), not AI art. They keep your logo, frame, shape and transparency, and every one is dark ink on a light background with at least 4.5:1 contrast. The scan check above still judges your final design.

Who uses a Google Slides QR code
Conference and meetup talks
Add the code to your closing slide so people can grab the deck while the Q&A is going on.
Lecture handouts
Print it on the syllabus so students can reread slides after class.
Sales leave-behinds
Put it on a business card or one-pager to share the pitch deck without emailing an attachment.
Posters and exhibition stands
Link a full presentation behind a poster that only has room for the headline.
How it works
- 1
Open the presentation in Google Slides and click Share.
- 2
Set General access to Anyone with the link as Viewer, then click Copy link.
- 3
Paste it here; the address must contain docs.google.com/presentation.
- 4
Download the code, drop it on a slide at a generous size, and scan it from the back of the room to check.
Frequently asked questions
Will it open in presentation mode?
It opens the deck in the normal viewer. If you want full-screen on open, replace /edit at the end of the link with /present before pasting.
Can I update the slides after the talk?
Yes. The link points at the live deck, so later edits show up for new scanners.
How large should the code be on a slide?
Large enough to read from the back row; a code about a quarter of the slide height, with a light background, is a safe starting point.
