Tripadvisor QR code generator

Restaurants, hotels and tour operators live on Tripadvisor ratings, but few guests remember to write one later. A QR code on the table or in the room puts your page one scan away. Paste your listing link to build it.

  1. Choose a type

  2. Add your content

Ask diners and guests to review you on Tripadvisor

Open your business on Tripadvisor and copy the address from the browser bar. The Write a review page link works too. Example: https://www.tripadvisor.com/Restaurant_Review-…

  3. Customize the design

    Templates

1,413 style presets in 15 categories

    Showing 1-24 of 1,413 templates

Templates are hand-built style presets (colors, gradients, dot and eye shapes), not AI art. They keep your logo, frame, shape and transparency, and every one is dark ink on a light background with at least 4.5:1 contrast. The scan check above still judges your final design.

Who uses a Tripadvisor QR code

Restaurant bill folders and tables

Offer the code with the check, when the meal is still on the diner's mind.

Hotel room cards

Add the code to the in-room information folder or the checkout card.

Tour guides and activity providers

Show the code at the end of a tour for guests to rate the experience.

Attraction exits

Place a sign near the exit so visitors can review the visit as they leave.

How it works

  1. 1

Find your business on tripadvisor.com (or your local Tripadvisor domain).

  2. 2

Open the listing page and copy the address from the browser bar. For the review form itself, click Write a review and copy that address.

  3. 3

Paste it here; any tripadvisor domain is accepted.

  4. 4

Download the code and scan it to make sure it leads to your own listing.

Frequently asked questions

Review form or listing page?

The review form is more direct. The listing page lets guests read other reviews first, which some businesses prefer.

Are there rules about asking for reviews?

Tripadvisor has guidelines on soliciting reviews, including not offering rewards for positive ones. Read them before printing a call to action.

Which domain should I use?

The one you land on for your country. A UK listing on tripadvisor.co.uk is fine; the page shows the same listing to scanners.
